Jessica Rubenstein, the youth director at Winchester Unitarian Society, has grown her youth group from a dozen teens to more than 80 over the past few years. Her new blog gives solid, hands-on advice on how you can do the same thing.

Most Unitarian Universalist congregations are lucky to have 15 youth, so a number of people on the Advisor-L email list for youth advisors have been asking Jessica how she’s done it. She set up this blog to spread the word to a wider audience.
