Right behind the rest area was a bleak Crate and Barrel warehouse that extended more than a quarter of a mile in one direction; behind it was another bleak warehouse, an Amazon fulfillment center, again more than a quarter of a mile long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We mostly think of big tech as software and computer companies.
