{"id":11732,"date":"2024-11-02T21:23:34","date_gmt":"2024-11-03T01:23:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.danielharper.org\/yauu\/?p=11732"},"modified":"2024-11-02T21:23:34","modified_gmt":"2024-11-03T01:23:34","slug":"website-updates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.danielharper.org\/yauu\/2024\/11\/website-updates\/","title":{"rendered":"Website updates"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>What with the new job two years ago, and moving across the country, and the death of my father-in-law and his wife, and a few other major life events like that, I haven&#8217;t had time to properly maintain <a href=\"https:\/\/www.danielharper.org\">my main website<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.danielharper.org\/archive\/\">my sermon website<\/a>, or <a href=\"https:\/\/kj6zwr.org\">my religious education curriculum website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the past month or so, rather than creating new content for this blog I&#8217;ve spending my time fixing a multitude of problems on these websites. Mostly I&#8217;ve been working on small things, like updating formatting, correcting typos and other errors, etc. \u2014 nothing I can point to and say, &#8220;look at this cool new stuff&#8221; \u2014 time-consuming stuff most people won&#8217;t notice but which is nonetheless necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A couple of things I worked on that might be worth glancing at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cosmetic refresh of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.danielharper.org\/archive\/?page_id=975\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">my collection of copyright-free readings suitable for use in worship service<\/a>, including adding some new readings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cosmetic refresh of <a href=\"https:\/\/kj6zwr.org\/peace-experiments\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the 2016 &#8220;Peace Experiments&#8221; curriculum,<\/a> including adding some photos that illustrate the activities better<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If I make any other significant progress on these websites, I&#8217;ll post an update.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What with the new job two years ago, and moving across the country, and the death of my father-in-law and his wife, and a few other major life events like that, I haven&#8217;t had time to properly maintain my main website, my sermon website, or my religious education curriculum website.
