Check out their version of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ukuleledisco.com\/spain\">Spain.<\/a> Abe does a nice solo version of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ukuleledisco.com\/skylark\">Skylark<\/a>. The band also does a tune called <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ukuleledisco.com\/tocada\">Tocada<\/a> with more Spanish or flamenco influence. None of this sounds like stereotypical &#8216;ukulele music &#8212; but like the best of Hawai&#8217;ian jazz it combines diverse influences into a relaxed swinging whole.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, the cuts from his new solo album that are up on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.abrahamlagrimasjr.com\/\">Abe&#8217;s Web site<\/a> suffer from being overproduced.
